Innovative, science-backed wellness programs and trainings to transform the mind, body, and depths beyond what we can measure.

Our Philosophy

We believe the answers you're looking for aren't somewhere outside of you — they're waiting to be uncovered within. Our work is not about fixing what's broken. It's about helping you rebuild trust with your own body, reconnect with all parts of yourself, and remember what was always there.

At NeuroSomatic Wellness Center, we take the whole person seriously. That means the brain and the nervous system — and the body that holds your story. It means the science of neuroplasticity and the wisdom of somatic experience. It means honoring what research has proven and remaining open to the depths that science is still catching up to.

We believe wellness happens in community. In a room together, moving, breathing, expanding, and being witnessed. Whether you find your way to us through a yoga class, a ketamine retreat, a sound bath, a nervous system workshop, or a professional training to transform your own healing practice — every doorway leads to the same place. Back to yourself.

Our programs are innovative, evidence-based, and deeply human. We hold space for the skeptic and the seeker equally. Because the best science and the deepest wisdom are pointing to the same truth.

Our Services

There are many ways to find your way back to yourself — and we've built a home for all of them.

For those on a personal journey, we offer yoga, qigong, wellness workshops, nervous system intensives, ketamine retreats, and psychedelic integration groups. Each one is a different doorway into the same work — rebuilding trust with your body, expanding your awareness, and uncovering what was always within you.

For the healers and clinicians ready to bring this work into their own practices, we offer professional trainings in integrative and innovative approaches — most notably ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic therapy. The most transformative work happening in mental health right now lives at the intersection of neuroscience, the body, and expanded states of consciousness. We train the practitioners brave enough to go there.

Every program we offer is rooted in neuroscience, held in community, and open to the depths that can't always be measured — only felt.

Our Story

Linda Barnard spent decades as a labor and delivery nurse before finding her way to the therapy room — holding space for the most profound moments of human life long before she had language for what she was doing. Jennifer Lancaster has spent her career in mental health, across levels of care, training clinicians, and building a group practice — always drawn to what becomes possible when you go further than conventional therapy can reach.

We found each other in a yearlong psychedelic therapy training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. Two clinicians from different worlds, sitting in the same space, doing their own work. What we discovered there changed us — not just professionally, but personally. We experienced firsthand what becomes possible when science, the body, and expanded states of consciousness come together in community. We saw trauma move. We felt things shift. We couldn't unsee it.

NeuroSomatic Wellness Center was born from that experience and a shared dream to create something that didn't quite exist yet — where the most innovative approaches in mental health meet the wisdom of the body, where providers train in methods redefining what's possible, and where healing happens in community. Whether you're a practitioner ready to bring this work into the world or someone just beginning to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you — there is a place for you here.
